When you contact us for a quote or book a job, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and details about the job. If you email us photos of your property, we receive those too.

You give us this information when you phone us, email us or speak with us. This website does not have a form that collects your details.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, book and carry out jobs, send invoices, keep business records and, where you agree, ask for feedback or a review.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We keep job records in business software we use to manage enquiries, quotes, bookings and invoicing, and we may use email, accounting and payment providers to run the business. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Website visitors
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you visit. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and to delete it when we no longer need it.
